Neighbour Dispute Resolution: Expert Tips and Strategies for Resolving Conflicts

About Nuisance Neighbours

Nuisance Neighbours

I’m Kate, a practising solicitor (in England and Wales) having been admitted to the role of solicitors in 2016. I completed my LLB Law Hons Degree at Bournemouth University in 2011 and my Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham in 2012.

After experiencing problems with a neighbour, I realised that there were few online resources available to address neighbour disputes. To fill this gap, I created ‘Nuisance Neighbours’ to provide information on common neighbour disputes, offer strategies for resolving these issues, step-by-step guides, helpful resources and sample letters to send to neighbours.

While I aim to provide the best possible answers to questions about neighbour disputes, it’s important to keep in mind that the information provided on this website should not be considered legal advice due to the legal nature of these disputes. Every situation and dispute is unique, so seeking independent legal advice is always recommended. If you are in immediate danger, please call the police.

As with most legal matters, it’s best to attempt to resolve disputes outside of court, and legal action should only be taken as a last resort.

This website is continually expanding, so feel free to leave comments with any issues you would like to see addressed. However, please note that I cannot provide individual legal advice through this website.
